19/10/2015 - BFI London Film Fest... done!

Well. that was a lot of premieres over a long period of days.. but I made it out on all but two days (and I'm not sure one of those had a premiere) and it was pretty great!

Here's the summary of what went down:

Day "-1" (Tuesday 6th October): The BFI Luminous Gala (with Tom Hiddleston, Joan Collins, Geena Davis and others)

Day 1 : sadly I missed the opening gala (I was at a composer event instead)

Day 2 (Thursday 8th October) The Trumbo premiere, featuring Helen Mirren, Bryan Cranston and John Goodman:

Day 3 (October 9th) The High-Rise premiere, featuring Tom Hiddleston (eee!), Elisabeth Moss, Sienna Miller and Sienna Guillory:

Day 4 (10th October)  Ben Foster and Chris O'Dowd at the premiere of 'The Program':

Day 5 (11th October) : Johnny Depp and Benedict Cumberbatch at the premiere of 'Black Mass':

Day 6 (12th October) : Saoirse Ronan at the premiere of 'Brooklyn':

Day 7 : Rachel Weisz, Colin Farrell and Ben Whishaw at the premiere of 'The Lobster':

Day 8 : Cate Blanchett and Rooney Mara at the premiere of 'Carol':

Day 9 (15th October) ; Rachel Weisz (again!) Michael Caine and Harvey Keitel at the premiere of 'Youth' :

Day 10 : sadly didn't attend any premieres...

Day 11 (17th October) : Cate Blanchett (again!) and Topher Grace for the premiere of 'Truth':

Day 12 (18th October) : And finally Michael Fassbender, Kate Winslet and Danny Boyle for the Closing Gala for 'Steve Jobs':

And that was pretty much that (Well... not quite. There was a premiere the day after BFI LFF finished!). But prior to that, time to try to get some sleep...

Until next (time) Year!
