One new event, Four old premieres added

Yesterday I went to (yet another) Apple Store event - but this time it was CULTURE - the director and star of the Indian-Hindi "Hamlet" adaptation "Haider" were in town to promote their film - released October 2.... and I don't get to photograph a lot of Indian actors / director-composers... so that was kind of cool...

"We know what you watched this summer... and it was Guardians of the Galaxy..." Shahid Kapoor and Vishal Bhardwaj for their movie 'Haider" at The Apple Store

I also had time to upload four (4) more movies from The Archives - the 'who are these people (excluding Idris Elba, obviously) randomness of the soon-to-be-forgotten "Demons Never Die" premiere, the George Clooney one-two punch to kick-off 2011's BFI London Film Festival, those films being the excellent "The Ides of March" which included the late great Philip Seymour Hoffman, and the next day the overwhelming annoyingness of the Hawaiian-Music infused 2 hour wait for the start of the premiere of "The Descendants", where George Clooney was accompanied by young (nowadays slightly older) Shaileen Woodley. Oh, and there was a small and surprisingly intimate premiere for "Tintin and the Secret of the Unicorn" - small and intimate because if director/producer Steven Spielberg/Peter Jackson had shown up it would have been *considerably* bigger. Still.. Daniel Craig, Simon Pegg, Nick Frost and a real live small white dog showed up to that...

Until next time!

As for new stuff... there's premieres scheduled for next week. (woo!)
