October 5th, 2017.
It's either day 2 or 3 of BFI London Film Festival (depending on whether you count from Tuesday's 'BFI Luminous Gala', or yesterday's 'Breathe' Opening Gala) - and today while the enigmatic Jake Gyllenhall either was or wasn't attending (or was or wasn't looking left or right) the premiere of 'Stronger' at the Picturehouse, I decided to claim my spot at Odeon Leicester Square for the premiere of 'Mudbound'.
Here's how it went down:
At this point in the proceedings, it became very evident that all the action was taking place out of reach of our field of view, so we went our various directions homebound. However, under the impression I never actually got a decent-enough photo of Carey Mulligan I hung back to see if there were any photos to be taken from within Leicester Square ITSELF - outside the premiere (desperate times, you understand...)
So... that was that. Fairly hard work (if this counts as 'work' and not some insane thing I do in my spare time that doesn't amount to so much as a spot in a 'social influencers' miniature pen) for some kind of output. And/but there's still ten days of BFI London Film Festival to go!
Until next time (ie. Tomorrow)!
