October 14th, 2016.
About two hours earlier I'd been at the BFI London Film Festival premiere of Tom Ford's "Nocturnal Animals" featuring Amy Adams, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Armie Hammer. Now, after some refreshing relaxation in a calm environment, I was ready to head out yet again for this evening's second premiere, for Xavier Dolan's "It's Only The End Of The World"
Here's how it went down:
So... that's another one done, as BFI London Film Festival continues its march towards this Sunday's closing Gala, and the sleep I'd be getting if it wasn't for the four premieres in four days scheduled immediately after. But it's all good - I'll sleep in tomorrow, which is great - plus it's another entry into the ever-growing "Archive of Movie Premieres" - which I think passed 400 with either this premiere for "Nocturnal Animals". (Woo - can't wait for the world's media to celebrate the milestone)
Until next time!
ps. If you want to know when I post one of these journals (trust me... it's not as often outside of London Film Festival) - feel free to follow me on facebook, or follow me on twitter, or possibly both (facebook typically gets the notification sooner, but twitter gets it at a more convenient time)
